SOURCE: printer indicates paper jam every few pages, but

Paper jams can be tricky to solve. The paper is usually stuck inside the printer mechanism so even if there is no visible paper jam, you will still get the paper jam error. Try this:

1. Turn off your printer
2. Open all trays and remove any paper stuck there
3. Locate the button to open the printer, open it and remove any paper stuck there also.
4. Repeate the above step for all buttons that you can find to access the inside of the printer
5. Close all doors and put back all trays
6. Turn on your printer

SOURCE: xerox workcentre pro 90 says

Take the paper tray out as follows: open the front door, pull the tray out as far as it goes. On the side rails there is a hole and if you look into the hole there is a stopper. Turn this stopper a little by a small screw driver or similar and simultaneously pull the tray out on the other side, then the remaining side one by one.

On the back side of the tray there is a sector plastic gear and a smaller one. Sometimes they lose teeth because paperr stack is very heavy and thy are made of plastic.

Another cause may be improperly installed feed rollers. They must be installed right way round. When paper stack raises the feed rollers actuate a fork which, in turn, actuates a plastic flag which in turn blocks a sensor in the inside back wall if the copier/printer. Everything is fu**ing plastic and breaks easily.

CANON MF4140 'LOAD CORRECT PAPER CASSETTE : LTR'

I had the same cr@p of the problem yesterday. The problem was not inthe paper. You have to do 2 simple things, from which one will solvethe problem.
first, download the latest drivers and install them.
And the more important thing, the problem occurred due to incorrectpaper format. Solution is very simple. Open MS word or somethingsimilar, file->print.. and before you print open Properties menu. There for the Output Size will be selected "Match Page Size". you don'twant that (i don't know why it doesn't work), but the solution ismanually select A4, or whatever your page size is.
And there it is... printer starts throwing pages out like crazy :)))

Keep getting "11 load letter in tray 1" message

Are the print jobs being sent to printer all the same page size?

Are they all print jobs sent letter page size and your printers cassettes are set for A4 or something?

Your printer is asking for letter size paper, because any paper it has is not set to letter  and document that it is trying to print has been sent as that size.

Check what options you have on print driver on pc as far as Tray defaults, paper type and size settings

Check printer settings via its keypad as to tray defaults, paper size set for each tray and paper type, some printers have paper size switchs on their trays too.
