valve clearances sohc 4g63 carb motor both hot and cold
Valve clearance - INLET mm: 0,15 hot
Valve clearance - EXHAUST mm: 0,25 hot
This engine is set hot if you are repairing the engine and have to do this cold
then set to 0.10mm INLET and 0.20mm EXHAUST
Then once hot readjust to specs
well because you what setting are you looking for --carb spark plug magneto/cdi if your more specific maybe some one with small engine knowledge might be on to answer your vague question and you have question listed under computers
first, have your carb overhauled. this simply means that it will be cleaned thouroughly.
next, have them fix your air/fuel ratio.
lastly, adjust your idle.
to have access to network setings, need to connecto with the cabel firs, then if connect, the setings apear from the setings (IP , Gateway, subnet mask.)
this is an indacation that the motor is running too lean of the air fuel ratio. this is uselly caused by the carburators being partly clogged up and not allow enough fuel to flow through the jets. a good carb cleaning and re seting will likely solve the problem. Brian
Car 1994 Suzuki Vitara (Sidekick), 3 door, carburetor, petrol.
I need a hose diagram for the carburetor. The person who owned it before made a mess of the system so its not throttling steadily. Hoses are blocked off and I suspect hoses re routed.
check the neddle valve seats under the float bowls,may find that theseats are not sealing,to test,take the carbs off the bike,remove the bowls ,compress the floats untill they are all the way up(simulates full bowl of fuel)then blow through the fuel inlet pipe,you should not be able to hear air passing throgh the valve if you can replace the valve seat and the needle valve,sorry cant remember point settings,long time ago since i worked on one of these
