Question about Acer Aspire 5920-6727 Notebook

I hv an acer 4710. its "d" key has stopped wrking but surprising is tht it start typing "d" itself after evry 10-15 seconds..it does the same even whn i boot the laptop n need to insert bios password. can anybody help me??

Try to clean under the keyboard. It sounds like dust or other fine debris has accumulated under the keyboard. Use some compressed air to blow out the fine dust. This has worked many times for me.

Hello,

Both are on motherboard. If you can open up the laptop cover, then check and make sure the connection diagram of that USB is perfect, clean it, make sure again.

Just remember to take your time and don't get nervous working on the computer. If hard to do, contact laptop repairing engineer.
