My Quiet Guard is not quiet any more. It makes a very loud noise when wash cycle starts.

remove the front botton panel and manually turn the fan blade. This works sometimes.

Kenmore 665
My dishes on the top rack are no longer getting clean. I don't think any water is going to the top. The dishes on the bottom get clean but have a soap residue on them.
