Cobra 7750 platinum freezes how do i reset it

Download and install the one for 7750 plt
Attach GPS unit and update
Also reregister unit if prompted to get life time updates

You need to update it through a PC. You can download the HomeBase Cobra software from this link Cobra HomeBase

if its new look at your paperwork there should be a card in there with a product code on it .. if not need to contact product support..
