Unfortunately you have a defective ballast, that doesn't have enough voltage to keep on with your new bulb, it's better if you replace it so all this shananigans with the Tv can end, they're running around 60-70 dlls... you can go to discountdashmerchantdotcom to see if they have the one you need, the service is great, the only thing is that there's no warranty on the parts, but they do work, give it a try
