I am not sure how to turn my mp3 on

Theres to main bottons press and hold the right one for a second then the unit should fire up and to shut it off press and hold the lower left botton and then it will shut off.

i dont know if you have the manual but you should be able to find it on google try it becasue some times you have to press a botton for a few seconds until it takes you back to the mail screen. press and hold a botton that is how two of my mp3 players work...

I have found that if you have the hold botton on. The unit will not turn or or charge when plugged into the computer. Turn off the hold botton and it should work

you must press the botton on the top of it where is the botton for starting the music

i figured out how to use it without using the play/pause botton by going to browse it plays the song automatically instead of having to press play.

ok push the power botton and the play botton at the sametime for a while then it should turn of turn it back and it should be just fine and if it is not try it again hope it helps.
