Sounds like you have the picture quality on the Z camera set to a higher setting than on the 135. Higher Quality photos are much larger and will fill up a small 128MB card very quickly. Get a 2GB card.

Do the pictures that were previously taken look good(before the problem appeared)? If yes then it is most likely to be an image sensor problem. IF all the pictures look alike then it is an LCD screen related problem instead.
