Can take and make calls but details don't show on my E90
I was installing the blacberry software on my phone yesterday and completed it and even began receiving my mails and sent one too. then all of a sudden the phone just calmmed up. I now cannot open into messages, calendar or even contacts on the Menu.
The Menu icon when pressed does not pop up the different items at times. It is a situation like a "hal hung" phone. can switch on and switch off. Can receive and make calls.
Speed dial works.Call log works.
All of a sudden it simply hangs up and refuses to move!

I'm sure you have already tried this, but have you taken the battery out and put it back in again?
If it's still hung, then you can try doing a reset on the PDA section, but this will erase all your data, so be sure that you have it backed up.
Start by doing the phone reset - dial *#7370# from the phone keypad and then enter the security code (which will be 12345 if you have never changed it) - if that doesn't work, then reformat the filesystem in the PDA:
Take the battery out, hold down "*", "3" and the "Green phone" button and while holding them down put the battery back in - wait until it asks you if you want to reformat. Again, this will erase all your data and settings (and also any of the factory pre-installed content in the internal memory).

You must have Blackberry Descktop Software installed on PC first 1 step: do backup data from your phone using Descktop Software 2 step: full wipe device from security options\wipe data 3 step(last): restore data using Descktop software
Hi, Looking at what you’ve posted, this is more like a battery problem let’s try some troubleshooting; 1.)Try charging the battery again: Keep the battery out for some time & then reload & check. 2.)If it's less than a month old see if you can return it, otherwise you can try reloading the OS. So if you're willing to try that, do the following. First download and install the Desktop Manager from here (4.6 without Media Manager is recommended): https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22 Next you can use the Backup and Restore feature present in the software to make a backup of all the data on your phone. Afterwards try reloading the OS by connecting the device to your computer, open the Desktop Manager, then go into the Application Loader. This will open a wizard that steps you through reloading the OS onto your device. More detailed steps can be found here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB03485

Dear friend, it's not just you, some other users like me has a same problem with vibration of E90.
As I searched and as I found this is a bug about firmware of nokia E90 and I think there's no wayto fix it yet.
But my solution is:
charge your cell phone completely or unplug and then plug the battery again.
When I do it, I get a good asnwer!
