It could be just a blockage in the pilot assembly, you have to take the head apart to find and clear the blockage. While you are in there you check for a blockage in the main burner orifice as well. If it is just a blockage, then you don't have to replace anything.

If this doesn't get the gas flowing, try replacing the regulator.

My gas endless summer heater shuts the flame off abruptly after 5 minutes or so. why??

The first consumable part to fail on a gas patio heater is the thermcouple, these can last anywhere between 1 year to 6 years. When faulty it will cause the heater to shut off when turned on at pilot. Found this site very useful patio heater problem solving.

Flame stops suddenly after running for a while. Yes, there is fuel.

Check that there are no leaks, to do a leakage test see patio guide to problem solving. If OK then check the thermocouple, when worn out they will cause the pilot to switch off.

The pilot won't ignite. It's a table heater that worked perfectly one day and didn't the next. Help please.

Look for dust or contaminants inside the pilot safety device. Blow it out with shop air or flush it with rust buster. If yours is electronic look for contaminated flame sensing device. Clean it with emory cloth and rock on.

The lid on our Endless Summer Patio Heater 200209 is bent. Can it be fixed? If not, where can I purchase a replacement?

If you are referring to the heat deflector top on the upper most portion of the heater. yes, it can be repaired , if it is not to severely bent. It would require removing it from the heater to straighten it. If the metal is creased, it's not worth repairing.
