Problem for Webroot Spy Sweeper (spysweeper) for PC
Not able to use software.
My software will not load. The button indicates it is loading. When I click on the button all of the options are grayed out. so I am not able to scan my computer.

What software are you trying to load? You talk of scanning, so I'm assuming an Anti-Software product? The problem with that, is that if you are already injected some malware/viruses actually stop you from installing and/or downloading anti-virus products etc. So, please clarify what you are trying to install.
