This sounds like you're out of credit on your phone. When I send texts, I'm charged a fee. But it's free to receive them. Maybe this is why?
To avoid this problem, you can send and receive texts through your email account. That way you always get your texts, whether or not you're out of credit on your phone. Try Bulletin Messenger: https://www.bulletin.net/product-messenger.html
same to me!
there appers no way stop them. whatever how many you top up, they still took you money away for txts, call.
i tired to remove it, but it didnt work
now i am going to change my sim card! dont believe this again, how silly we are!
This has also happened to me while i was on holiday they have taken £12 i think the best way to stop this is to change your number. I am going to ring o2 and complain and see if they can re-credit my balance.
