Random occurrences, local shop found nothing wrong. Turn signal does not blink when running, never know when fuse will blow. Shop says draws 2amps and no shorts that they could find.

CHeck the O2 sensor wiring. If it is shorted to ground it will blow the fuse every time.
SOURCE: 2006 f150 keeps blowing turn signal fuse
It sounds like the fuse is doing what it is supposed to do, and burning out when there is a short circuit. Check the wiring from the fuse block back to the lights and pay special attention to the trailer connection.

You could possibly have air trapped in the heater core. The easiest way to bleed it out is to jack up the front of the car till the radiator fill cap is higher than the upper heater hose using a funnel that fits snuggly in the filler neck of the radiator, fill till you have about three inches of coolant/antifreeze above the filler neckthen run the car at about 1500rpms until no more bubbles are evident. Also turn the heater onto face on low speed and feel if heat starts comming out.
