My new labtop has been malfunctioning

Does the laptop turn on and function the same or not?
The LED light may be malfunctioning or it may be an error code to alert you to something wrong on the laptop itself, please reply with more information

this might sound really silly but some laptops after a while get a glitch where they cant power down fully and go into sleep or hibernate adn i have seen it happen to people who do not allow the battery to completely drain occasionally, had a family members did this recently. Just to rule it out turn it on and shen you hear fans and see lights even with no desktop, press and hold on the power button 3-5 sec until it shuts itself down, then do a normal start when you can see no lights or hear any sounds. Before you panic see if there is some hidden reset code from the manufacturer. If not, then you get concerned.
Check to see if you are using the right protocol to get it out of the hibernate mode.

The Tuner board have problems.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish Tuner board for the replacement.

do you still have your battery working? if not, you may have a problem with the adapter. could be a partial contact from the main adapter or at the charging port on your laptop. use a tester and check for continuity on the adapter cable and also check the power output going into the laptop.

I hape your labtop is ok every thing
but labtop can not load os and cannot open bios
You go to the bios setting can not press "del" you press F2 and delete key ok than you go to bios and chack hardware setting

This happened to my mom when she dropped the phone...try taking the battery out of the back...and then placing it back in. Let me know if this works!
