ebrit24 - Remove the cyan supply and see if there is a small metal piece on it. This piece contains a microchip that the printer communicates with. If the printer can't read the chip, it won't recognize the supply. If the piece is missing, or it doesn't work when you reinstall it, return it to the store where you bought it for a replacement. If they won't, contact HP Total Care: http://h71036.www7.hp.com/hho/cache/309717-0-0-225-121.html?jumpid=ex_R602_UAG_home/ownerservices At that point there would be a longer list of things to try to isolate the cause of your issue, and HP Total Care is the best option. Offhand, I can think of 5 different reasons for the behavior you are seeing, but I'm betting the supply's chip is not programmed correctly. Trying another supply should fix it.
