You have a locked phone with a specific provider. The only way to get your phone unlocked and use it with another provider is to secure/request a SIM subsidy unlock code through your provider (whoever issued the phone).

You can get samsung sgh-t429 unlock code from many source. First from your network provider, call them and request that unlock code but you must have a good standing account with them at least for 6 month. They also take charge from you for that unlock code. PUK Code
