Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
This may or may not solve your problem. Turn the power off. Then, Press and hold the 1/0 button for more than 10 seconds. Then turn your PS3 off again. Turn it back on to see if it reset the problem.
Your PS3 Graphics engine processor could possibly be fried. Contact SONY Support to get an exchange. Go to www.playstation.com to setup service. Sony does not plan on releasing parts to repair shops, and I run one. I cannot accept PS3's consoles to repair until I can get a supply of parts. I hate to tell you this, but it is the straight up truth. Good luck

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
