Question about Jenn-Air JSD2789GES Side by Side Refrigerator
We had the same problem with ours..we got rid of it,it was happening every single year...what we did was take everything out of the freezer and you will see a metal piece..take the screws off of that (lay old rags or towels down in-side the bottom of the freezer) get a hair dryer and defrost the coils..screw the metal back on and call your local fridge/freezer repair shop and tell them whats going on and they will have to order you a part for it,I can't think of it now, but that should help for a while

Sounds like your defrost timer is not working. If the back of the freezer has frost built up then your timer is bad.
