I have a 99 Montero Sport that won't blow cold air when the AC is on. The blower works but won't blow cold air. The belt is on still and the AC had a complete overhaul 2 years ago. Freon is still full. I am not sure what else to check.
Replaced clutch, driver ac belts on 2000 montero sport a/c is still not blowing cold any ideas
Buy a gage and check the low side like the other guy said if low add some till it full but dont over fill it becuse it loc up the ac clutch.
And make shure it takes R134 for the ac
If that dosent work becuse R 134s is so bad it eats the seals in ac breaks down ac worse then the old freon and dosent cool as well
See if the ac clutch is engaged and ac is turning if so look at dryer and low side pipes ,,,are they cold? if they are ur ac is fine,,,but ur temp door acuator motor isnt replace
