Question about HP Pavilion a1140n (PX774AA) PC Desktop
Just for giggles, if you open the tower and look closely at the bottom right side of your motherboard there should be wires there. the wires themselves shouls be labelled like led light, reset and so forth, now if you look at the motherboard were these are located there should be labels there for each wire. make sure they are all connected and didnt come off for the sake of coming off because they only slide on, make sure everything is in the right place coming from the power button of the front of the tower.
i had the same problem and the main power slipped off somehow, and thats all it was, just the one wire
