Question about HP Officejet Pro L7780 All-In-One InkJet Printer

My HP Officejet Pro L7680 displays a blue screen with the code 83C00009 on it. Please help me with this as I cannot get the code to disappear even after unplugging. The machine will not turn off by pressing the power button. If I unplug it and plug it back in, this code comes right up.

Error Code 83C00009


I had bought a HP Photosmart B110 wireless printer that worked perfectly well until just it was a couple of months out of warranty. For those whose don't own an HP printer, then don't buy one because HP are not interested when it is out of warranty. That is not interested in anything other than selling you repairs or or new printer. It looks from a simple Google search that these things are designed to fail very soon after warranty. All I did was unplug the printer and then plug it back in. Search for the magic error code 83C00009 which appears on the screen and you can't make the printer do anything else. I will never buy another HP printer or laptop.

Can't get printer to function


First do the cut circuit: Unplug your power supply from your printer wait 10 sec. plug it back and try again.

Printer gives repeated "clear paper jam" messages and even though there is no paper anywhere in the paper path it will not clear.
