First, that depends on whether your software supports such a feature and then it depends on whether or not you have this feature enabled and then it depends on whether or not you have gone over the softwares cacheing limits, such as you set a size or number of faxes or number of days to save a fax. Since all fax software is different it's best to call the manufacturer and ask them if your software has such features and if so where it stores it's history on your computer.

I had insurance with progressive so I change from over to AAA on the day that my next payment was due but then progressive sent me a bill for $298.00 after I had canceled my insurance with them.

If you have proof (fax confirmation), scan+email it back to them or email it back.. ins. companies are quite good about refuding customers (especially when they don't have a claim).. If that doesn't work..write me back.

How do i print a fax stored in lexmark x5495 if a fax is sent and does not print out, is it saved anywhere for me to retrieve

When an incoming fax is stored temporarily in the printer's memory, chances are, one of your cartridges has low ink level. To retrieve stored faxes, current state of printer must be on the instance when the fax is temporarily sent to printer's memory. Replace your low-ink cartridge without navigating away from the Fax function. Once you have replaced the cartridge, press Ok button to continue printing the fax.

I want to retrieve a fax sent to me last year

I'm afraid your printer does not have the capability of retrieving faxes sent last year.
The only time you can retrieve faxes is when you get "low ink level" notification while a fax is coming in, where the incoming fax is temporarily stored in the printer's memory. You'll be asked to replace the low ink cartridge (without navigating away from the fax function) then hit Ok to receive the incoming fax. Other than that, you won't be able to retrieve previous faxes.

How do you retrieve faxes you have sent?

You can't retrieve sent faxes but you can use menu and scroll down to reports and select fax activity and get a report of faxes sent with the phone numbers time and date sent.

Need to retrieve record of fax sent in june 2008

You don't. In fact, you can't really retrieve a record for a fax you sent yesterday - other than the fax #'s you sent to, and the number of pages - And that record only goes back a few days.

Need to get a report of sent faxes for the month of June and July.

Fax machines only keep the last 20 transactions, usually.

Look for "JOURNAL PRINT" in the menus.
