Question about Tecnik TKL9260 Front Load Washer
I suspect that the hose has either become disconnected or is split but in order to determine this, I need to get under the top of the washer. What is the procedure to remove the top of the washer to get to the bleach hose?

I have this same problem today and did not need to take off the top panel or remove the front panel/housing. The bleach and frabric softener dispenser snaps right out and you can check the tubing and clamp from there. You will need to remove the top panel if you need to replace the tubing. In my case, there is a crack in the dispenser itself which has ruined several loads of laundry over the past year...now I realize it wasn't the clamp and hose, but the dispenser itself. Check them all while you are at it.
