I believe this is the sam model as the Twinhead h12y. How do I get the old one out?
There is one screw holding the keyboard in from the bottom - remove this, unclip the 4 clips across the top with a bank-card etc. and you're away. Remove the ribbon, Replace, and reverse for re-assembly.
