Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
This i have seen before and it tells me the machines is displaying the signs of lead free solder failure (85%sure). you could strip the machine down and replacing the x-clamps at the same time do the heatgun fix if you dont have access to an IR oven.
To me it will just get worse and will definately need the x-clamps replacing AND the solder re-seating.
I dont think it would be the av slot itself, a way to try is if you got a hdmi cable try that. but it is more than likely a solder issue and will get worse. if its under warranty send it back.
hope that helps in some way
