Question about Toshiba Satellite 1800-S204 Notebook
I have an old toshiba model satilite 1800 its was working find just 2 days ago but it was having trouble staying charged so i swtiched out the battery with an older one that had no charge problems. The next day i went to start it up just to hear 1 long beat followed bt 2 short beats with no screen. What is happening ?
That is a memory error. Remove and reseat the memory in your computer. If the error persists and you have more than 1 stick, try each stick separately to find the faulty unit. If you only have one stick, then the memory will need to be replaced.
