Orange light trying charge

I would try this:
take the battery out
unplug the charger
turn upside down
hold power button down for 1 min
keep holding power button down as you turn over the laptop
while still holding power button down plug in charger and try to power on

RCA tablet wont charge

Possible charger damage.
If you know someone with a charger you could use, you should first plug their charger into your unit to see if it works, if not, plug your charger into their unit.
If your unit will not charge with new charger, you may have serious damage, if the other will not charge with your charger, your charger is broken.

Screen has began to flash on and off and wont charge

I had a similar situation with my pipo s1. After further investigation I found that the jack the charger cord plugs into went bad. My charge light wouldn't stay on unless you held the charger plug in a particular position. The jack is hardwired into one of the circuit boards and to replace the circuit board was half the cost of the whole tablet. I junked it and bought a kindle fire. Better quality and longer lasting battery.

we had that problem, you can blow into the port for the charger. this will release any dust. At least that was all that was wrong for our phone, message unable to charge!
