Installing Mother board on HP Provillion ZE 1250

I've removed all the screws I can find but can't lift keyboard from bttom of laptop, to get access to mother board. What is holding it together and what can I do about it?

I found the panel you mentioned and removed four or five more screws. Now something is holding the keyboard in place. Does it slide out to the side somehow, os is there another screw or two in the center that I can't see?

Keyboard typically have to be removed from the top. You have to remove the panel that's near the top of the keyboard, right below the display. Then there will be a couple screws in there.

Once you get all the screws out it should just lift right out. If it still won't come out you're probably missing a screw. Then under the keyboard there will be a cable connecting it to the motherboard.

Hp nx 6120 laptop asking for administrator password at post screen , how to remove that password, plz suggest me

NC6120remove the the cmos battery under the keyboard for 5 minutes i wait like 10 or 15. that will reset your cmos removing any cmos passwords its a simple fix. just remove the keyboard screws from the bottom and push down the tabs on the top of the keyboard and lift to remove. becarefull not to pull on the cable connecting the keyboard to the mother board to hard of a tug and you can brake the lever thing holding it down and then your keyboard might not work. just be patient and never force anything it should all come lose easy. all i used was a small sized flat head screw driver. if you need more help message me and i will make a video of how to do it.

Where is clock battery in my laptop compaq presario 1246

Remove the touchpad screws on the bottom of the laptop. Lift the touchpad and the keyboard. Remove the flat metal heatpipe above the CPU (3 screws). On the bottom left, just above the HDD you should see a small circuit board held by 3 screws. Remove these, lift the circuit board and there you go, the battery is there.

refer to ur user manual to see which key for brightness e.g.fn+f 9
(reduce brightness)if havnt got one can easily download one of net.try to swich screen to monitor.connect external moniter and press fn+f 5.(refer to manual maybe different key)
press down and release screen lid button see if any response.if all fail need to disassemble.
remove screw in about middle of pc underneath.this ia retainer screw for key board.remove screws dirrectly behind screen to remove plate with buttons.then can get access to keyboard and lift away (do not disconnect it just rest it on screen or front of pc )check cables from mother board to screen.check inverter.
all these are worth checking but initially sounds like inverter faulty.

How do i remove the keyboard

Usually you can remove the panel right above the keyboard, this will allow you to access the keyboard screws. The keyboard should swing up allowing you to unplug and remove it.
