The Sharper Image 2GB Mp3 (1612788) Is Not Copying Music Files

I need help with my The Sharper Image 2GB Mp3 Player (1612788)? I have 131 songs on it and am using 632 MB. Whenever I try to upload a song (no matter if I am uploading from a CD or my downloaded collection) it tells me that "Cannot copy so-and-so: directory or file cannot be created." What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

The Sharper image 2gb player will only allow 131 entries in the root directory. Create a new folder, just like on your computer, and then add music files to that folder. I have not tested if there is a file limit in a new folder.

My music downloader doesn't recognize my MP3 player: Sharper Image MP3WMA Do I need to load software?

You don't have any problem. Don't bother about your downloader as long as your computer can recognize your mp3. If you have your mp3 songs on your computer, just copy from your computer and paste on your mp3 and there you go. Goodluck.

You need a music converter the music files are most likly not .mp3 or .mp4 files thay are most likly .wav files and some pods cannot play this type of music, You can use windows media player to convert them for free then reload them onto your pod.

Search convert music using medial player and you will find direction on how to do this.

I sync it, but when it is completed there is no music on my mp3 player, what could be the problem?

dont go the music folder go to the files folder they should be there.n you have to move them to the audio folder! hook your player to the computer open it in the my computer window then open the music folder the songs should be there then open a second my computer window and grap the songs from the first window drag them to the folder that says audio in the second window and drop. I found it much easier to save the songs to my document folder then just drag and drop them into the audio folder

Cannot play music on sharper image mp4

Hello

Ok, this means that the format in which you copied the files to the player is not supported. You need to convert the audio file to mp3 format before you transfer it to your player.

Hope this can steer you in the right direction.

Kind regards
Andrea

My sharper image touch mp4 player has downloaded music that does not show up under the music icon, but it does show up under the files icon. I have to go into files and pick a song and it will play that...

you have to go to the music icon on the main screen. click it and then scroll down to "add to audio list" press "upward directory" the "music" pick the song you want click it, it will bring you to the name of the album. click that and it will show the song, click that. a little screen should pop up and say "sucess" it will then show up in your song list under the music section. you have to do this for every song.
