Carrier thermostat buttons not working

Commercial central air with Carrier thermostat on wall. Buttons do not work. No air flow from overhead vent.
The thermostat for other part of office is working without problem.
This room may have had loss of power (when lights are left on, overnight security can turn off by flipping circuit breaker).
I don't know the model or year but it has the words:
"cool" on left with up and down button above and below the word "cool"
and "warm" with the same type buttons on the right side of the thermostat. There is a LED window in the middle alternately flashing these three things: 02 HF, 90 60 and the current temp.

Clicking sound is the contactor engaging to start the outside unit. Check for a burnt off wire at the contactor. For some reason you are not getting power to the outside unit. If you find a burnt off wire shut off all power to it then remake the connection at the point of the circuit break.

Whirlpool dryer overhead I change termo fuse all the thermostat but is still overhead is cabrio steamer dryer

DRYER OVERHEATING:

Heating Element
A defective heating element can make a dryer too hot. If the element partially shorts out, it can produce heat all the time, regardless of whether the dryer is calling for heat. Remove the heating element to inspect it. The coils should not be touching each other or anything else.

Other Causes and Conditions
Air Flow Problem
Dryers need good ventilation to work properly. If the vent is clogged it can make the dryer too hot. Clean all of the vent tubing thoroughly.

Cycling Thermostat
Although not common, a defective cycling thermostat can make the dryer too hot. The cycling thermostat is supposed to turn on and off the heat to maintain the proper temperature. If the thermostat is defective it may keep the heat on too long. The thermostat is not adjustable or repairable, it must be replaced.

Felt Seal
Most dryers have a felt seal at the front and rear of the drum to keep the heat inside the drum. If the felt seal is worn away or missing, the dryer may keep heating and make the dryer too hot. This is not common.

Blower Wheel
A defective blower wheel will not spin properly and will not vent the hot air, making the dryer too hot. Check to see if there is adequate airflow out of the dryer.

Box on the wall. Push buttons

mode will be heat, cool, or automatic. cool will show a snow flake flashing. Heat will show a flame and auto will switch from heat or cool by itself. Usually the auto feature does not work well as one is unable to set the heat and air where they are comfortable on both

DRYER RUNS FOR 3 OR 4 MIN, ANDS SHUTS GAS OFF I CHANGED THE COIL PACK ON VAUVE SAME THING PLENTY OF AIR FLOW ALSO CHECK FUSE ON BACK IT WAS FINE

Generally, only two things cause your problem. Bad coils or safety thermostat shutting off flame because it doesn't travel far enough down the tunnel (due to low air flow).

Bad safety thermostat going off prematurely can also cause this...but not very common. If you're sure you changed the coils correctly. Check internal of dryer venting for obstruction. Hold lint filter up to light to see if blocked. Run water onto filter face to see if it can travel through. (can be clogged by fabric softener sheets). If you're sure air restriction is not internal to the dryer remove vent hose from wall and direct out window. Start dryer and see if air flow is now enough to keep the unit running longer. If it now works you have a blockage in the vent piping in the wall or beyond.

1999 Ltd. The right vents blow hot air but left vents blow cold

Yes go to you have to get the codes from your ATC controls first...Hold down the A/C button and the Recirculating button at the same time and while holding the two buttons turn you left temp. control up. It should give you codes if not then it will just read 00. Once you get those find out what they mean...20, 46,52,or 54 means you blend door(s) are stuck down and have to come up to allow heat to flow. Go to www.heatertreater.net and it will tell you how to replace it or in my case I just fixed it by putting a screw in it to hold the doors up....But hey i'm cheap so i like quick fixer uppers!!! Try that and lemme know if it works...
