What software should I use to download the photos from my J1250 to my computer

sometimes you dont have to use any kind of software. usually when the computer knows that something is plugged i.e a camera it automatically opens up a file option. of what to do when your computer reads the camera. one of the options is view files and folders. click on that and it will take you to another folder with all your pictures. now just open a file of where you want to pur all your pictures, click and drag. simple. if this file options message does not come up you can go to "My Computer" and an external hard drive symbol should pop up as the computer regognizes something was plugged in. just follow the steps by clicking the folder and you will soon enough see your pictures. again you can click and drag to wherever you want the pictures to be. you dont need a software, one it might slow your computer down a bit and 2 it takes up space.

SANYO VPC-T700. I cant find my manual and I dont know how to recharge the camera battery. I plugged the USB cable into my computer and nothing happens and of course I need the camera today!

I don't think you can charge via Computer USB.. you need to use the Charger plug that comes
with the camera. Plug it up into the wall.. You should charge it overnight, but i know you don't
have that kinda time

How do i download pics. from my kodak camera (c913) to the computer? i plugged it in but dont know what to do from there and nothing pops up leading me to where i can download my pics please help!! ...

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Computer wont read my camera

Assuming you're using a Windows based computer, I would start by right-clicking START, then Explore then look at your folders and directories to see if your camera drive is listed. If it is, then you're set. Click on that and upload your photos. If you cannot see the drive for your camera, try a different method of uploading like USB to test it.

Sony lil handycam....i am plugging it into an apple computer but it wont pop up so i can click on it so what do i do

Do you have iMovie? it should open when you plug the camera in and switch it on, it can take longer than you expect to launch iMovie, if not launch iMovie and your camera should be there and iMovie should be able to control it.
