Question about Electrolux EW30DF65GS Dual Fuel (Electric and Gas) Range

Open Question

Cabinet clearance required for Electrolux Dual Fuel Range

I've purchased an electrolux dual fuel slide in range. I'm also having new kitchen cabinets built and installed. Our local gas company requires an 18 inches vertical clearance between the cabinets and the range, unless the manufacturer has more stringent requirements. Are there any manufacturer's specifications for clearance vertically, between the cabinets & cook top, as well as horizontally from the cabinets to the right & left of the range
Thanks

Laurie

SOURCE: Electrolux Slide In Electric Range doesn't fit to the wall?

We have the same Electolux range.....it is supposed to fit about 2 inched from back wall......your granite installer will have to fit a piece of granite behind the range. Yes, it is proper to have the plug installed. The plug is not part of the range package and will have to be purchased seperately if your installer does not use the plug from your old unit.

We are on our second slide in with wave touch controls.......we hope you have better luck that we've had. Ceramic cooktops do not seem to be level on all units. The bottom oven has locked up on both ovens and cause burned foods.....Electrolux has problems that aren't acknowledging as yet..........good luck

SOURCE: electrolux dual fuel oven will not heat after self clean

The unit needs to be reset. The temperature had tripped the internal sensor of the unit. This usually has to be done by a professional since the back panel needs to be taken off and the power reset inside.

Blue lights flashing can not get to reset

Hey Troy, I understand that you are having problems with your Electrolux Dual-fuel Range. Have you recently installed the range or had a power outage? When the range is first plugged in, or when the power supply to the range has been interrupted, the indicator lights will flash and the control will beep. To stop the lights from flashing, turn the selector control knob to BAKE and back to OFF. You can also attempt a hard reset by unplugging or turning the household power breaker off to the appliance for five to ten minutes. If the problem persists, please reach out to a professional technician. Hope this helps! -JK

Electrolux dual fuel range 316471210 self clean remove racks message displayed and cannot proceed

Hi friend, thank you for your inquiry!
I understand that you are receiving a "remove racks" message on your Electrolux range. The oven racks and supports must be removed before the self-clean will initiate or the control will not allow the self-clean to turn on. I hope this is helpful. -Matt

Electrolux dual fuel oven will not hold a steady temperature.

    Good Morning Friend,

I understand your Electrolux range, model# EW30DS65GS, will not hold a steady temperature. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging your appliance or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and try any oven cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

    -Best Regards-
