Conversion is messed up

During the storm last nite our power flickerd,and the t.v. went off.When turned back on,the conversion is messed up.When I try to fix it,it will not stay where I set it. I have a R.C.A. 52. in.
model #HD52W59...
Any thoughts on what I can do to fix whatever the prob. may be? thank you...

- I have full control of the conversion menu,I can move the cross up,down,left right.It just does nothing for the pic. Auto conversion goes all the way through the green.but only 3 red will come up.

Let me see if I can find the proceedure to go into service mode. So you can adjust the convergence.
