I can't really answer...I'm having a problem, though. My PEARL mp3 player works. Plays songs, does everything...except, I'm wondering how you do voice recordings on it. I can go into voice recordings, but, all it says is Empty. How do I do voice recordings???

When I connect my Pearl MP3 Player to my computer it shows that I have about 7 hours of music, but when I play the music recorded it plays the same music over and over again. I have turned off the shuffle and repeat controls and I'm still having the same problem. Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

Yes I have a Pearl RCA MP3 player. I have loaded songs on it It worked fine plays fairly good. I went to change songs after a couple of weeks. My computer won't read the player. It is not my computer. All other devices work fine on USB. I have no idea why this won't read. I guess it was made in China so I guess that tells me no one in the USA can fix it? help!!!

my computer is not detectin my paerl mps player.

I'm having the same problem....it lies somewhere within the player itself. I have two identical players rca t1101......my computer works just fine with one and the other my computer won't read. As a matter of fact when I plug in the one that works it connects as the mp3 player by name. When I plug in the one my computer can't read...it pops up as two removable storage devices (F) and (g) ( I only have one device plugged in) but the only thing I can do with it is safely remove it. I don't know if this will help, but I definately need some feedback on fixing this.

My computer won't recognize my MP3 PEARL now when I connect it to try to sync. I have done it before by just connecting it to the USB port but now when I plug it in my computer still tells me to connect to a device. Any suggestions?
