have downloaded video files but it puts the video in the music file and it does not allow the video to play. It states that there are no video files saved. Please help!

I too cannot play video, ours is the DS 801. I've tried to copy mp4, amv neither works. They don't appear in the music list but my PC can read and play the files from the Delstar HD
