The drain hole at the rear of the fridge is probably blocked. The water drains down onto a tray on top of the compressor and the evaporates with the heat from the compressor.
Try poking a piece of wire down, the channel can be quite long depending on what fridge you have.

Water leaking out from inside and running out under the fridge. Do I need to clean out the outlet pipe and if so where would it be??

Check the drain tube that leads to the defrost pan under the fridge. The drain tube maybe plugged. Do you have water standing in the bottom of the fridge and if so that is probably the problem. However, something must be defrosting inside the fridge to create that much water. Be sure your fans are running inside the fridge.

Water runs down the inside back of the unit and freezes

Our fridge has a plastic hose running down the rear of the fridge and water was coming inside and running down inside the fridge walls and out the bottom of the door when we opened it. I called a repair man and he blew the plastic hose out and reinstalled it and had no trouble since. Our fridge has a water tray under neath the fridge that this hose is suppose to run into. The tray dries itself out so you don't have to empty it.

I have water dripping down the back panel inside the fridge-it is constant. I wipe down the inside back wall, but hours later the water is back. The fridge appears to have a "channel" for this water

with out knowing name brand an model# i would say it sounds like there is a drain tube missing from the upper patr or freezwr area to the drain hole at the rear bottom . there is a drain pan under the refridge which catches this water then it evarperates. it also cab that the proper drain is pluged or blocked with algie which is comon try a little bleach to clean out the drain area

Water leaking from underneath. Not currently

This could be a blocked drain.Behind the fridge is a hose/pipe running from the inside of the fridge down to the compressor where the water will then evaporate. If this pipe is blocked, the water will push up back into the fridge.Try to blow the hose clean from inside the fridge. This should solve your problem.

Fridge constantly dripping wet

water inside, too much condensation from humid air entering fridge from bad seals. replace the seals. could also be that the condensate drain is clogged. if it's leaking from the bottom of the fridge, make sure the tubing is still inside the condensate pan underneath the fridge.

Water buildup inside of refrigerator

It may be the fact that your evaporater pan is not working. The freezer and fridge have drains inside them. The water inside and condensation go down tube that you see on backside of your fridge. This tube goes into a drainpan in the bottom and than evaporates.
You should also check to make sure your fridge and freezer are cold enough.

DEFROSTING/ WATER RUNNING ONTO FLOOR & INSIDE FRIDGE

Check to see if the run-off tube at the back is plugged.

I dont know how old the fridge is - but if it a couple years old check at the back or the fridge - there should be a tube running down the back of the fridge down into the bottom tray. This tube funnels water from the freezer (condensation, or water from the defrost) down onto the tray holding the compressor where it evaporates with help from the heat off the compressor. Sometimes this tube can get plugged up with some scum or mineral deposits, causing the built up water to drain from inside the fridge.

The tube shouldn't be too hard to remove and clean out with some hot water and pipe cleaners. Had the same issue on on a GE fridge last year.
Hope this helps!
