Question about Washing Machines
"F11" is a Serial Communications error. This is a failure in communications between the Central Control Unit (CCU), Motor Control Unit (MCU) and Drive Motor. The following link explains how to troubleshoot:
Now...some of these error codes can be erroneous. You may try unplugging the washer for at least 30 minutes, first, in an attempt to reset the CCU. Sometimes this is all that is required to correct momentary glitches. If the error code reappears following a CCU reset, then you have a legitimate problem. I would recommend you start by making sure all the wires are plugged in properly and making good contact. A good majority of these problems can be caused by connectors coming loose due to vibration.
