After you dropped your iPhone I assume the battery connector to *********** board has moved.  Now you have to open your iPhone which follow link tells you very simply how to do it. and put the connector in to right spot.  Do not be afraid, it is not that difficult to do it but make sure you have the proper tools. I have finished to do that and my iPhone is completely fine.
Good luck!!!

Iphone 5c wont charge but

This could be for a number of reasons. You adapter, plug, or cable might be bad, or if your iphone got wet or was dropped that could be the case. If wet, you should get a new phone.

Hi,
It sounds like a dead battery and maybe some failure in the LCD-screen. I suggest going to your local iPhone repair shop.

The charge adapter maybe faulty.
If your cell phone is a few months old, then it would be still under warranty. Take it back to the place where you purchased it and have it repaired or replaced under warranty.

I dropped my phone on nov.16 2010 and had no problems we where driving for 9 hours kids where playing with an app called sqeak my voice. it was plugged into a power converter most of the time phone went...

Sorry to read about your problem, I hope this helps you out.

I would take back to apple, but if they see it was dropped, your warranty may be out the window. But I dont think the drop is causing your issues..

I dropped my phone today and now it wont work

When you dropped it you loosened up the digitizer connector which is number 2 under the screen. Open your iPhone and resit that wire firmly back in. That should fix the digitizer not working.

If its a 3G just unscrew the 2 screws at the bottom and use a suction cup to remove the screen. Easy. But if its a 2G then Good Luck.

Okay today i dropped iphone on the ground and

You have been dropping your phone so hard that the body cracked. With your second dropping, the circuits may have got disconnected. Take it to your service centre to get it going.
