Question about Acer Aspire 3610 Notebook
I had the same problem with mine a few months ago. I got the broadcom and foxconn drivers off the acer site. Acer told me that it was the broadcom one on the phone a few times, I dicked around with that for a while but then installed the foxconn one and its worked fine since

Yes, I found out that the drivers for my wireless are Intel and not Broadcom. Go to Acers web site and look for all drivers for the 3610 and scroll until you find the Intel drivers. It worked for me.

Are you sure you have the right drivers? The 3610 comes with more than one type of wireless card. Check on the bottom of the laptop, there should be a white label with the details about your card on it. Match it to the card on Acer's site, download and install.
Hope that helps.
