Goodman a c fan spinning backwards, how do I fix it?

There is a plastic electrical connector going to the outdoor fan motor with two wires attached.
Take note of the wire colors entering and leaving this electrical connector.
Unplug connector and rotate connector 180 degrees so when you plug it back it, the wire colors have been reversed on the leaving side of the electrical connector.
This will reverse the fan rotation.

It could be the flame sensor. It is located in the burner box Opposite from the ignitor. It is a metal rod with a porcelain base. The flame sensor "senses" a small electric current through the flame. If the sensor is dirty it can impede the electrical current and cause the control board to lock out. Remove the sensor and clean the rod with some steel wool or sandpaper. Reinstall and see if this solves the problem. Hope this helps.

Hello, try using a small object to push the fan with power applied to it, if this gets the fan going tnen the capacitor must be replaced. If the fan does not start up then the motor is shot and must be replaced.

There is an electrical box on the wall near the outdoor unit. open it and be sure that the circuit breaker is in the on position. Same in your electrical panel, be sure that the circuit breaker is turned on.
