Pardon me, V, would like to render a little idea insight on this. :)
I would take a look at the induction plate, (this is ususally the heating element where water is channeld through), if it reads current through it fine. Then relate to the components, fuse etc and refer then to manual and try to replace any part. My guess the pump system is flawless, the contrary is definitley the heating element. Try to replace it and WaLa...:)
