It could be that your paper is too thin for this printer (or too thick I suppose, if it is extremely thick paper you're using). If it is very humid where you are located then that can also cause the problem as multiple pages will stick and start to **** in all at once causing it to jam. Probably jams to the "left" just by the force of the rollers on that side being slightly greater.

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000, Win. XP Pro,SerPk3, have Internet Connection with Time Warner, modem... (More) I have a Dell Inspiron 6000, Win. XP Pro,SerPk3, have Internet Connection with Time Warner, modem and cable. I followed what you said to do. Downloaded cjb 1200EN.exe. I opened the file-Lexmark\lyx1200\drivers\WIN_XP2K\English\setup.exe and got this message:The parameter is incorrect. The only programs that are there are- drivers, clicked on it and it came up with scan and WIN_XP2K. Clicked on scan- came up with English and the rest are dl_.. Clicked on English- came up with all dl_. Clicked back and clicked on WIN_XP2K. came up with English, dl_, ex_, ou, we_, web, security catalog, lxczw2k.inf setup info, lxczw2k.inf configuration settings. Clicked on English- came up with _inst32i.ex_ EX_File, _isdel.exe InstallShield Deleter, _setup.dll, + more, setup.exe Setup Launcher and got this message:The parameter is incorrect. Clicked BACK Clicked on pubs, came up with English. Clicked on English- came up with lxczuer.pdf. Clicked BACK Clicked on read me-came up with english, Clicked on English- came up with license.htm. I unhooked the printer from my desktop computer and packed it with the cables (was moving) that computer got stolen along with all my CD's I got this Laptop, unpacked the printer, went on line and downloaded from Lexmark cjb 1200EN,exe. On the first cjb I installed it and I got up to USB and Peer to Peer. I clicked on the USB and the continue box did not light up. It did light up when I clicked on Peer to Peer. I only have one computer so Peer to Peer was not what I needed. I tried again and again and got no where. I uninstalled cjb, restarted computer, downloaded and installed cjb again, Clicked on the Setup it installed the drivers and software. Clicked on agree and the next part said that the printer cables are not connected to the computer. Tried again same. uninstalled, rebooted, installed, ran and installed. I don't know how many times I did this in the last 2 days, but each time I download cjb it comes up with less to install. What have I done wrong? I explained as well as I could with what I did.
