The green is usually the audio out and the blue is audio in.
To test the jacks to determine which is which, insert an audio CD in the CD/DVD drive to get audio sound and plug headphones into the each of the jacks, the one without sound will be the audio in.

I have no sound to my computer and i think it's my speakers...so where do i plugg my speakers up at?

Most speakers should be plugged in to the audio jack on the back of the computer tower. It should go to the green hole, see photo:

Audio problems

To use the integrated speakers on this monitor you will need the audio cable. Most monitors with built in speakers has a single cable with a green jack on both ends. It would plug into the audio jack on the back of your monitor and connect the monitor to your soundcard jack on the back of your pc. Cable should be able to be purchased at any electronics/computer store. Hope this helps.
