Question about Ricoh Aficio 1027 All-In-One Laser Printer
First of all make sure that the duplex margins are set to zero. This can be done through [user/tools] at the machine. By default they are set to .4 mm I think. If you can't find this or do this don't bother going through service mode to change it.

Enter into printer and faxes from the star menu or control panel select the Ricoh and click on the right click then enter properties and go to change or optain accessories and select that the machne has a duplex

If is only a little bit then its user tools, copy, and edit , set all to 0. If its alot then SP mode in the 1XXX it will have options for duplex adj.
