Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Make sure it is turned off and then get a pin out of a sewing kit or somewhere and using that pin press the reset button and hope that fix's the problem. if that does not work then phone up the company who make that product and tell them them problem and see what they say. hope that helps.
