You should check your email and see if you have a user name and password available. Then you can login and use your membership

FB say they are currently trying to fix problems people have reported about message access. There is a group on FB called 'Make complaining to Facebook EASIER'. Its free to join, and the group are trying to get membership up to a high amount of people so that we all have a voice to make FB give us an option of contacting them directly with any problems. Meanwhile, while we are building up the membership we all try and help each other by suggesting solutions to the problems being posted, through our own expreiences. Just put the name of the group in on FB search and request to join, and you will be accepted quickly.

I notice it only happens to me when I rate videos. Try not rating any videos for a while and see if it appears again. :)
