It's not sucking very well and the green light (that looks like a plug) is on. The bag is empty, but it's not working properly...I've just changed the white filter thing. What should I do next? thank...

That light is simply the power indicator and means your vacuum is getting power to it.
First, turn the dial on top of the vacuum all the way to where the smallest dot lines up with the arrow. Turn on to check opeartion. If that doesn't help try the below checks.
Check the hose for blockages. Detach both ends and drop a coin down one end. Lift hose so coin drops out the other end. If it doesn't, plug the hose into the exhaust/blower (beneath the filter), place other end into suction hole, and turn on the vacuum. This should clear most clogs.
If the hose is clear, check the power nozzle where the wand attaches. If you can't see a clog, try dropping a coin in. If it doesn't fall through, the clog here can usually be cleared by pushing it out with something like a wooden spoon handle.

My Lindhaus Diamante 300 has great suction but clogs

Sounds like you have some form of an obstruction in the hose ( i once found a tooth pick sideways in mine) most models allow for the hose to be disconnected from the vaccum itself, also make sure theres not a setting for attachments also, some models need the suction redirected.

I have no suction on the Lindhause healthcare pro Hepa

Make sure that the on switch is in the upright position. Down won't give you give you suction when vacuming.

Make sure that the hose is securly in the lower part of the vacuum.
Test the hose with your hand before you put it back to see if you're getting air sucked in through hose. If not it must be clogged up somewhere. You might contact Lindhause home base.

Getting the vacuum to start after replacing the bag

Behind the door and above where the bag is located there should be a piece of plastic, or metal that sticks out, at least in the manual, if the door isn't shut correctly, that piece doesn't push in the switch that is behind there, this is a safety feature built into a lot of vacuums, to keep people from running the vacuum without a bag in it. Most likely your lid just didn't shut completely. Check for that, and get back to me.

Convertable?

It is a vacuum, you would have to consult where you purchased it, they should know what you add to it.

You probably have a clog either in the hose, wand or the inlet down by the brush roll. Unhook the hose from the want and see if you have suction there and if the light stays off. Disconnect the wnd and look down thru it to make sure it is clear. If there is no obstruction, then the circuit board has a problem. But I would suspect a clog.

Check the inlet by the brush roll for a clog, also check your hose for a clog. Usually when there is a clog, it is sensing an overfull bag and will shut down to protect the motor. If there are no clogs, then there could be a problem with the circuit board or motor.

Red light stays on

Most likely the hose or the inlet down by the brush roll has a clog in it. The red light indicates a full bag, but if there is a clog, then it thinks it has a full bag.
