Place the coffee drawer back

I just got the machine, turned it on for the first time and it says "place the coffee drawer back". I am not sure what the coffee drawer is, but it looks like it is the thing on the side that slides out. That is in place, as is everything else, but I still get the error even after unplugging the machine several times.

I can't get the dreg drawer back in place because a chute on the bre group seems jammed. Can you help?

You cant put the drawer back in its place because the grup is not in the correct possition. To bring the grup to the right possition you need to press the switch that the drawer presses when it is puted correct inside.Look at the drawer and you will see at the back side a knob, see where it enters at the machine (that is the switch).Press the switch with something plastic and the grup will move and stop to the right possition. Now you can put the drawer back on.

Missing drawer light on but drawer is in place

Hi Jill our coffee machine is built in and not your brand but our problem related to a sensor at the back of our tray which had broken off we found it and glued it back on which worked for a little while in the end we replaced the tray and have had no further problems. Hope this help. Cheers Wayne

Hi the door keeps popping open on my perfecta coffee machine?

I have a DeLonghi Magnifica machine and had a similar problem where the door would pop open itself during the brew cycle. I figured out that there is a movable funnel on the inside of the door (part Z in my manual called a mobile drawer) that was sticking and needed to be cleaned. I had to remove two screws on the top of the door to remove this assembly, then soak it in water to loosen up the coffee deposits. After a thorough cleaning the mobile drawer no longer sticks and the door no longer opens by itself.

Be careful to make sure that you do not lose the little spring mechanism that keeps the mobile drawer in the correct place. I took pictures to make sure I knew how to put the unit back together again. Best of luck.

Dregdrawer full

Check the back of the drain tray make sure there are no grinds. Then we will have to test the micro switches, remove the drain tray and dregs drawer, insert tray without the drawer, to see if you get an error. A more complicated way is to have the door open place tray minus drawer in machine, then using a small stray or plastic knife, activate the microswitches.

Emtied the dreg drawer when the SAECO machine was off.

Chenk the back of the area for the drawer, there might be some grounds preventing the draw from going all the way in to tell the microswitch that it is in place.

Error code 8 on machine, will not allow me to put in drawer

I have an E8 and got the Error 8 code this morning.
I turned off and unplugged the unit.
Took out the drawer and cleaned out the grounds, washed the base.
Took a towel and reached in and cleaned out what I could.
Took my vacuum and cleaned out the bottom and out through the grounds hole in the top.
Then I plugged in the machine.
Turned on the machine.
It complained that the drawer was missing (because it wasn't in all the way).
I pushed the drawer in, holding it in place with my thumbs to the proper depth, and hit the coffee button.
It made the espresso, and, having made that cup, the workings got into the proper position and now it's working just fine.
I don't know why it got out of wack. It may be that there's something internal that needs replacing, but I am loathe to be separated from my machine for the time it will take to repair, so I'm glad that it's back to normal now.
BTW, I couldn't find the capresso - any model - on the appliancepartspros.com site.

Unable to get White Saeco Cuppacinno Machine to work.

Hi
I would say that your brew unit is not locked in.

Brew group missing indicator
Open the door on the right. Push on the upper left side of the brew unit until you hear a click. Close the door and see if the message is gone. If it is make sure that the grounds drawer is in place.
Tip: Pull the grounds drawer out, then push it back with only 1 finger and push it on the right side of the drawer. This will make sure that it engages the micro switch.

Gaggia syncrony compact digital - DREGDRAWER MISSING

the thing that dropped out was part of the micro switch for the dregs draw. Yes you can use the machine with the piece that you put in there, at some time you might consider just replacing the micro switch.

Open the drawer and take out the box for the grounds. Run a rinse cycle and it should now go back into place.
