If you open the door and then close it then open it again is difficult normal this happens espeacilly in big volume refrigerators and freezers. You should wait for sometime to open it again as it needs some time to balance the pressure.Warm air goes inside and cools down so the pressure is decreasing. If there is a pressure balance valve installed at the door check it if it funcitons.

I think there is a vacuum pump on the refrigerator sucking the air out and creating the seal. Other refrigerators don't have this effect and they should cool down the warm air going inside as fast if it was just air cooling creating the effect.

My sub zero has condensation forming inside the refrigerator

Hi - Did you take the vegetable drawers out to see if there is ice in back? If so, you might have a problem with the refrigerator seal. Defrost the ice and then check the seal of the fridge! If you don't have ice behind the drawers, still check to see if the seal is good. When you close the fridge door, it should be very hard to open if you try to re-open it quickly.

Sub zero 690 side by side refrigerator . Vacume the condenser light keep on showing after 10 or 12 hrs. Is it possible if both side holding the temprature then it could be door seal?Could some one help me...

That light comes on when the unit is running more than normal to maintain temperature. Have you vacuumed the condenser coil at the top right of the unit? It could be that simple. There is also a fan up top to move air thru the condenser that may be stalling out and not circulating air. The most expensive cause would be a sealed system issue such as a refrigerant leak. With a replacement cost somewhere around $10,000 you may just be better of locating your local authorized service center.

Cannot reopen Sub-Zero 642 freezer door for 50 seconds

Yes, this is normal.  My 642 does the same thing. It seals to be more efficient while trying to cool back down after it has lost heat while open.

New 642 freezer door is very hard to open due to seal sticking

If the seal or seating area is sticky, wash it with warm water. If it isn't, this is just the sign of a good refrigerator. As the air cools, it becomes more dense and creates a vacuum inside the compartment. With a pliable new door seal which is sealing well, combined with a large door, this can cause a great seal with alot of pressure pulling on it. Smile, this is why your consumers bill will be much better with that new sub-z.
