You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. you must have a wifi driver check it device manager goto start --> my computer -->right click then properties goto hardware tab check for your wifi driver is installed... find the yellow question mark... then try to install it...some wifi have a security you need to know the security code... ex. wep.. etc,.
Hi try pressing the ESC button during boot up, sometimes its the delete button, then select this drive by scrolling down, select CD drive for primary boot device, save changes and reboot. Hope this helps, come back to me if you need more help?
The 3 LED's (Num Lock, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock) are used by Dell to diagnose no-post issues such as yours. The only error code close to yours is [Num Lock ON, Caps Lock FLASHING, Scroll Lock ON]. This indicates a a memory error. Try reseating the memory modules. If you have 2 memory modules, insert one at a time to determine the faulty module.
